Either / both dates are OK with me.
I may be able to make arrangements to meet at either Moose lodge on West Henrietta road near the Thruway (not quite as central but don't need a key able and has WIFI). OR Tinker Park (at Calkins Road and Pittsford Henrietta Townline Roads. Also has WIFI but I will need a key to the building. I already have the alarm information but will need a key.
Either place I will need to make arrangements, but, both have quiet areas.
Tinker seems a little more centrally located. If either place is OK, then I will find where I can make availability.
Just let me know.

Reviewing the location of everyone, Pittsford or Busnell's basin looks best. Jim's suggestion is a good one. Does anyone have connections with a church of firehall in that area? Maybe Wycliffe? We will need a meeting room for about 2 hours is what I am thinknig, and WIFI would be a bonus.
Another option would be to meet at my chruch meeting place in Henrietta. I know I can get a meeting room, but it is in Henrietta on S Winton and Jefferson.
A Tim Horton's will do for me, but it can get a bit noisy.
I am not familiar with Pittsfor, BNB, or Victor area.
Suggestions?
