I apologize once again for not being more available. I thought the notes were good. I took the liberty of writing up the HIPPA portion. The recommendations are just suggestions and open to group editing. Thanks for keeping me in the loop and let me know what I can do. Thanks everyone.

Mike and Trish can't make it on Monday and I will need to leave at 8:00.  I suggest the 4 of us still get together at 6:30pm at Tinker Park.  Because our time will be limited, I have put together some notes that we can use as a starting point.  Feel free to rip these apart.  My intent was just get get us started.  I realize we won't be able to use PowerPoint for the presentation (not portable) but it was a way for me to organize the notes.  If anyone wants to send me comments before we get together, I'll incorporate them.  As scribe, I'll bring a laptop and take notes.  Is everyone okay with 6:30?  I may be able to make 6:15 if that was better.
